These parts are available to select Professional Hearth Retailers, Professional Hearth service companies and Consumers in the USA and Canada.

The owner of PelletStoveParts.com, Fred Kirkpatrick, has been in the Hearth industry since 1976. He has been actively involved within the Hearth Industry and has worked in areas of product design, product safety and efficiency testing, purchasing and marketing. He has served on the Board of Directors of OHPBA (Oregon Hearth, Patio & BBQ Association) for over 5 years and currently serves on the National Board of Directors for the HPBA (Hearth, Patio & BBQ Association). He is a founding member of the Heat Green Council and currently serves on their Board of Directors. He operates a Retail Hearth & Service Business in Oregon, as well as the manufacturing and distribution functions of PelletStoveParts.com.

In the past few years several Pellet Stove Retailers, Service Companies and Consumers have been affected by of a number of corporate buyouts of pellet stove manufacturers. When this happens the new purchasers almost always realign whom they choose to do business with. Without exception, those realignments affect availability, pricing and quality of replacement service parts. Occasionally the results are positive, but more often than not, it has a negative impact on long serving Dealers and Service companies. It’s not uncommon to see massive price increases, longer lead times, a decline in quality and / or failure of the new owners to provide replacement parts for many of the older models it has acquired. Unfortunately, some of these huge corporate purchasers portray to us that they simply don’t care enough about existing customers to keep providing replacement parts at a reasonable cost. It appears that many of them just want to sell their newer products as fast as they can, so they can justify their buyout expenditures. Their actions lead many of us to believe that replacement parts are a nuisance and annoyance to them.

Having been a long time Hearth Retailer and Service provider for some of these products, I have been caught in situations as described above. My 30 plus years of manufacturing, design and marketing experience has driven me to create a solution. I got together with several of my long time industry associates and created PelletStoveParts.com. Now Professional Hearth Retailers, Service providers and Consumers have a reliable supplier for many of these parts. The cost of parts that we manufacture are typically 15 - 60% less than OEM parts. By and large, the quality of our parts are as good as OEM, and in many cases superior. Most of our electric motors and blowers are identical to the OEM parts that they replace.
